- On the left-hand panel, under System Options, select Manage Users
- On the Manage System User dashboard, search user by last name, first name or email address
Tip: Search Role: All to search through all user data
- On the User list table, on the Action column click on icon
- In the new page select the Reset email button (top right of the Update Profile form)
- Enter the New email
- Click on Submit
Note: All submission record associated with the old email will be automatically assigned to the new email account.
